Missing / empty charts on Beta December 1st, 2017

If Help >> About shows Build, please revert to the standard version. Depending on how you upgraded will depend on how you revert.

If you upgraded by selecting Help >> Upgrade to Latest Beta Version:

  1. Select Help >> Revert to Standard Version
  2. A live update will run "to correct your version" and confirm once completed.
    Select Yes, Continue, Allow or OK as needed
  3. Open Incredible Charts as normal
  4. If it offers to update the software: select Remind Me Later

If you upgraded from a "Live Update" prompt when Incredible Charts opened or manually from our website, you will need to close Incredible Charts then download & install over the existing version.

Schedule Backup

Schedule backup from File >> Backup Settings. See Backup help page for details.

To disable scheduled backup, select How often >> Never and Save Settings.
