If the Progress Bar runs further than 0% but then
times out
The primary cause is a slow Internet Connection. You should be able to continue to register and login. During this process you will be notified if you do not have the most recent version of Incredible Charts.
If you receive a warning that you do not have the most recent version, the easiest solution is to restart the application. This will simply
allow the Live Updater another opportunity to establish a sound connection.
