Charts not loading update -- December 13th, 2017

If Help >> About shows Build or Build, upgrade to the new beta (Build

  1. Download Latest Beta Version.
  2. Select Run and OK as required.
    The Setup Wizard should open.
  3. Click Next to proceed through the Setup Wizard.
    We recommend that you follow the Default options.
  4. Click Finish to complete the installation.
  5. Open Incredible Charts as normal.
    Select Allow if prompted by your firewall.
  6. Go to Help >> About and confirm Build is shown.

If this does not resolve the issue, please send a technical support request and attach your ic_startup log file for investigation. Your ic_startup log file is usually located here:
Local Disk (C:) >> Program Files (x86) >> Incredible Charts >> Debug >> ic_startup(.log)

Schedule Backup

Schedule backup from File >> Backup Settings. See Backup help page for details.

To disable scheduled backup, select How often >> Never and Save Settings.
