No data download is required
Incredible Charts automatically fetches individual packets of data from the server as you chart each stock – no daily data download is required.
Data Format
Incredible Charts compressed data format is not compatible with other
charting software.
For this reason:
- You cannot export data from Incredible Charts for use in other charting software or conversion to other formats.
- You can import data from external websites (e.g. Yahoo Finance).
- You can load data from disk.
File Sizes
File sizes are 20 to 50 Kb and 50 to 100 Kb (S&P 500) for indices.
If you select Time Period >> Chart 3 Years Data, file sizes are reduced to between 10 and 20 Kb.
