Live Update to version 4.0.3.880

Incredible Charts Pro will automatically update to version 4.0.3.880 when you next login to our server.
The new version is in response to feedback about recent features.

Firewall Alert

When you next login you are likely to receive a firewall message like the following:

Hide Project Tabs

To permanently hide project tabs below the charts, right-click and select Hide Project Tabs.

Hide Indicator Values

To hide indicator values displayed in the right margin, right-click and select Hide Indicator Latest Values.

To restore, select View >> Advanced Options >> Show Indicator Latest Values.

Crosshairs

Switch the new crosshairs on/off with the crosshairs button on the toolbar (or use the shortcut key U).

Dual monitors

The application now supports dual monitors that are set with different screen resolutions.

Directional Movement ADX

ADX is now shown as a separate indicator on the indicator panel, as well as part of the Directional Movement System.

New Support System

The new website menu includes a completely revised support system.

Contact Us

Please use the Contact Us link on the menu to communicate with Incredible Charts.
The new support tracking system enables faster response times and better tracking of members issues.

Troubleshooting

The troubleshooting section on the top menu includes:

• a new Troubleshooting Wizard;
• a new Connection Wizard;
• a quick Connection Test; and

• the previous Troubleshooting manual.

User ID

What we call the User ID is a software registration number unique to each computer. A new User ID is created whenever you install Incredible Charts on a new computer or reinstall your operating system.

• The User ID is displayed at the top of the charts Login page
• Member IDs are only allocated to premium subscribers and are displayed under Help >> About on the charts menu.

Email Addresses

The move to a centralized support management system means the closure of our current email addresses. Rising levels of spam make it impractical to continue with public email accounts.
