Vizhon Corporation and its affiliates are committed to:

This Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information received about you when you download or use the website. The "developers" refers to Vizhon Corporation and its affiliates.

The "software" refers to the Incredible Charts charting and stock-screening software and any other software made available for download from the website.
