Troubleshooting - Reinstall
These steps will fix most firewall and/or file permission issues, without over-writing any projects or watchlists, and should be attempted when tackling any failure of Incredible Charts to open:
- Uninstall using Start >> Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs;
- Download the latest version of Incredible Charts and re-install to the same folder;
- Select Allow/Permit when prompted by your firewall.
If that fails to clear the problem, please send ic_startup.log and any recent debug files to support.
